FAQ

How to add the Lock-Screen widget

Lock your iPhone → press & hold wallpaper → Customize → Lock Screen.
Tap the area below the clock → add FlipUp widget.

Widget shows the wrong card/translation

Open the app once to refresh data, then lock the screen.
On iOS 17+ tap the widget to reveal/advance; on iOS 16 tap opens the app.

Cards import / AI generation

CSV: two columns “term,definition”, UTF-8 recommended.
AI: choose languages, optional topic, and amount. Duplicates/noise are filtered automatically.

Troubleshooting

If the widget doesn’t update: open the app → wait a few seconds → relock the device.
After iOS update: reboot the phone and re-add the widget if needed.
